Part 2
10 hours advanced driver training
2 hours test slot includes use of driving school car and trainer present
Part 3
40 hours instructor training (The DSA requires at least 25% of the training must be in car with no more than 2 trainees to one trainer.) At the ADI training centre 100% of your training will be with hands on experience 1:1 with your trainer.
Training sessions include how to deal with pupils, lesson plans, areas for teaching, keeping pupil records, how to look for and deal with pupil mistakes, the difference between Phase 1 and Phase 2 instruction, how to inspire confidence and give instruction/directions/briefs clearly and specifically, subject content, level of instruction, core competencies as well as preparation for your exam.
Continued support via phone/email throughout all three parts of the training.
